ピクセルに着目した最初の作品です。星座とギリシャ神話をモチーフにしたピクセルアニメーションで、高解像度の液晶モニターに描かれた小さなキャラクターを虫眼鏡を使って鑑賞します。モノクロで記号的なイメージは象形文字のようでもあります。制作当時はデジタルハイビジョン放送が始まり、iPhoneが登場するなど、映像を取り巻く環境が大きく変化しようとしていました。時代に逆行し、あえて低解像度へ進むことで、新しい表現の可能性を模索していました。
「キッズ・プログラム2009 プレイフル・ラーニング」（NTTインターコミュニケーションセンター/ ICC）にて制作・公開しました。
This is the artist's first work to focus on pixels. A pixel animation themed on constellations and Greek mythology, it invites viewers to use a magnifying glass to appreciate tiny characters drawn on a high-resolution LCD monitor. The monochrome, symbol-like images are also reminiscent of hieroglyphs. At the time of production, Japan had just switched to digital HD broadcasting, the iPhone had just appeared, and the environment surrounding video was on the verge of major change. Moving against the tide of the era, the work deliberately pursued lower resolution to explore new possibilities for expression.
It was produced and released for "Kids Program 2009 playful learning" at the NTT InterCommunication Center [ICC].
