下北沢のDDD ART 苑にて開催された企画展「知覚する装置 -The Architecture of Perceiving-」に参加しました。本展では、石にピクセルを彫刻したシリーズの第一作目となる《電気海岸の唄》を初公開しました。会場は古民家を改装したギャラリーで、土間をリノベーションした暗室空間にて、波のピクセルアニメーションと共に物理作品を展示しました。
Participated in the group exhibition "The Architecture of Perceiving" at DDD ART En in Shimokitazawa. This exhibition marked the debut of Echoes of the Electric Coast, the first work in my series of stone sculptures carved with pixels. Located in a gallery converted from a traditional Japanese house (kominka), the physical piece was displayed alongside a pixel animation of ocean waves inside a darkened room created from a renovated dirt-floor entry (doma).
